Ealing Law Centre provides free legal advice for Ealing residents and neighbouring boroughs. We are a registered law centre, a charity and a member of the Law Centres Network. Our work is funded through Legal Aid, grants from Trust Funds and donations.

We provide legal advice in the following services:

Housing
We can take cases involving homelessness; possession and eviction; anti-social behaviour; unlawful eviction when the client is attempting to regain entry; disrepair cases when there is a risk to health and safety.

Welfare Benefits
We can take cases where you’re appealing a decision about employment and support allowance; disability living allowance; personal independence payment; university credit; housing benefit; council tax; working tax credit; child tax credit; jobseekers allowance.

Immigration
We can take cases involving asylum/trafficking claim; settlement applications under the domestic violence rules; leave to remain and entry clearance applications; British Citizenship applications; immigration and asylum appeals; judicial reviews.

EU Settled Status Complex Cases Project
If you are an EU citizens living in the UK and wishing to stay after Brexit, you may need to apply for the EU Settlement Scheme. The EU Settled Status Complex Cases Project is a separate scheme and a special service for EU members who may be vulnerable, have a more complex case or require additional help applying for the scheme. Our services will continue as normal at the Northolt food bank and Brentford County Court. As we are a small law centre, we have limited capacity. If we are unable to take on your case, we will be able to provide you with details of other service providers.
