TENANCY DEPOSIT RECOVERY
Ealing Law Centre is part of a collaboration between Law Centres and three City law firms. The aim of this collaboration is to provide some ongoing legal support to individuals with tenancy deposit recovery claims.
If you have a tenancy deposit dispute with your landlord, we can refer you for advice from City law firm lawyers who are providing some free advice .
The City law firms can only help you if your only problem with your former landlord is that they haven’t returned some or all of the deposit. If you have other issues with your former landlord, such as wanting to claim against your landlord for disrepair, then the law firm will not be able to help.
The free service is intended for Individuals who would be unable to afford legal advice/may ordinarily meet the Legal Aid financial eligibility criteria.
