Our housing team offers advice for tenants who are at risk of homelessness. We are a small team with limited capacity and can only take on a small number of cases.

- Housing
- Homelessness
- Possession and Eviction
- Anti-Social Behaviour
- Unlawful eviction when client attempting to regain entry to the property
- Disrepair cases where there is a serious risk of harm to the health or safety of the individual or relevant member of the individual’s family
The majority of the housing work we undertake is funded by the Legal Aid Agency and you must be eligible for Legal Aid for us to assist you under this scheme. To be eligible, you must qualify financially and your case must be in scope.
