Ealing Law Centre provides free legal advice and representation for Ealing residents and residents of neighbouring boroughs. Our services are provided by a team of accredited and qualified caseworkers and Solicitors.

Funding for our work
All our work is funded through legal aid and grant funding. We will only be able to help you if you meet all the eligibility Criteria for Legal Aid or one of our grant funding schemes.

We are a small team and cannot help everyone. If we are unable to help, we will signpost you to other Legal Aid service providers and local support organisations for advice and support.

All our services are by appointment only.

Our specialism are :

Housing
We provide advice and representation if you are at risk of homelessness. We do not provide advice for Landlords

Immigration
We provide advice and representation if you are at risk of homelessness/ homeless and need immigration advice or
You are seeking asylum or You are a victim of domestic violence or trafficking

Welfare Benefits
If you need to appeal a decision to refuse you welfare benefits we can offer advice and representation at the Tribunal depending on capacity.
